1. Who is the Personal data Controller?

2. Which personal data are we processing and what are their sources?
We process your identification and contact information, such as your name, telephone, email address or your employer or job title. We obtain these personal data directly from you, as well as from the published contacts on your website or in the public catalog of companies and contacts.
3. Why do we process your personal data and what authorizes us to do so?
We process your personal data in order to perform repeated transactions in our mutual business relationship, in case we have interrupted our relationship for a longer period of time, we store your personal data due to possible future offer / demand of free capacities.
Data processing is performed on the basis of authorizations resulting from performance or conclusion of business contracts, our legitimate interests or, in some cases, on behalf of your consent.
4. Who handles personal data and to whom do we pass them?
Only we process your personal data, we are not passing your personal data to the third parties or to third countries.
5. What are the rights to processing personal data?
You have the right to access the personal data we process, ie whether your personal data is being processed by us, or what personal data it is, who or what is the source of it, for which purpose and for what time they are processed and whether they are transmitted to a third parties.
In addition, you have the right to edit or supplement these personal data, to request a limitation of processing in the case of inaccuracies or unlawful processing, to delete them if they are no longer required to fulfill our contractual or statutory obligations, you also have the right to revoke previously granted consent processing personal data or objecting to the processing we perform on our legitimate interest. The right to data portability allows you to ask us to provide your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to you or to your designated administrator.
You can file a complaint against our processing of personal data with the Supervisory Authority.
6. How can you claim your rights?
The right of access, rectification and amendment, deletion, limitation of processing, the right to portability can be claimed by submitting the application received – personally to the company secretariat / in our data box (ID: chab283) / by e-mail signed by a valid electronic signature to the electronic adress email@example.com / by post, in paper form, with an officially authorized signature at the registered address of the company.
Your right to file a complaint may be claimed at the Personal Data Protection Authority (address and contact details available at: www.uoou.cz)
